1. Place the tops of the fingers of each hand vertically in the center of your forehead. Applying a slight pressure, close your eyes and slowly slide the fingers out towards the hairline in a smoothing motion. Relax. Repeat twice to complete a repetition. Do a total of 3 repetitions.

2. Make funny faces to reduce the lines on your forehead. Lower your eyebrows as far as you can. At the same time, try to wrinkle up your nose and flare your nostrils. Perform five repetitions of this combination of movements.

3. Another facial exercise for deep forehead wrinkles is to lie on your back on your bed. Allow your head to comfortably hang just over the edge of the bed. Raise your eyebrows as high as you can. At the same time open your eyes as wide as possible. Hold for a count of five. Relax your face and then repeat 5 – 10 times.

4. Put your fingers just below the hairline. Hold your fingers firm and try to frown. Hold for 5 counts, repeat 5 times. On the last count, hold for an additional 10 counts.
